It is fried in oil till golden brown and chopped onions with a paste of Kashmiri chilly are added to flavor. As it cooks further, we add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and saute. This is when it you start getting the appetizing aroma of Fish Masala. We further add cloves & cardamom and fry. Then it’s time for the chopped tomatoes and once done we add coconut milk to it. This is when unique sauce of the Fish Masala is formed.
